Last September, the City of Tehachapi brought radio consultant Rick Dearborn to town to discuss the feasibility of starting a community radio station here. After several meetings over two days with community people, Rick suggested we start with an internet station until the FCC opens up space for new low-powered FM stations. 
On Wednesday, February 18, a meeting will be held in the school board room at the old Jacobsen Jr.
